Hotel Casa Tota: Charm, Intimacy and a Roof-top Hot-Tub

Hotel Casa Tota opened the doors to their authentic brick hacienda hotel just one year ago. The new kid on the block literally changed the neighborhood, adding activity, life and vibrancy to a previously quiet block on the north side of Todos Santos. This neighborhood gem has brought an inviting, friendly vibe to Todos Santos guests throughout the year with chic, clean, comfortable, and affordable accommodations right in the heart of the Colonio Centro.

Artwork is carefully placed throughout the premises, creating a warm, homey environment. Along with the modern, well-equipped room and private bath, guests can enjoy two additional upstairs patio lounges, and a roof-top hot tub. Guests can indulge themselves through the honor bar system as they enjoy the beautiful view of town and the famous Pacific sunsets.

The welcoming, friendly staff and the comfortable, umbrella-filled patio compel passers-by to stop in for a beverage or tasty treat from their on-site bar/restaurant, La Santena. The menu offers a wide range of affordable, traditional Mexican favorites, prepared by their creative young chef, Antonio Peralta. Chef Tony had the opportunity this summer to participate in The National Young Chef Competition, a prestigious event in Mexico City. And now he’s back for the season with some inspired new selections to add to his daily “Comida Corrida” menu.

Last October, they opened with a bang, closing down the street for a neighborhood party, complete with live music and complimentary food and drink samples. By the end of the night, the entire staff, management and several others ended up in the courtyard pool. They’re planning their one-year celebration for October 20,and it is shaping up to be another not-to-be-missed Hotel Casa Tota extravaganza!
