Casa Perla – spacious hacienda style home steps from the beach

This Mexican Villa is the perfect vacation retreat for the entire family allowing you to take in all the Sea of Cortez has to offer within seconds of your relaxing and comfortable accomodations. Located only steps from the white sandy beach of Playa Victoria, Casa Perla features four spacious bedrooms: 2 Master bedrooms with Queen beds, 1 Guestroom with Queen bed and 1 Guestroom with 2 twin beds. The Master bedrooms open up to a spacious deck overlooking the ocean. Each room in Casa Perla has its own entry from the cute Mexican coutyard.

Entering the house a little courtyard in the center of the building invites you to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere created by a tropical garden and the soft splashing of a fountain….around the fountain little benches have been situated to enjoy the cool shade after a long day on the beach. There is also a outdoor bar with barstools, where you can serve margaritas right out of the kitchen window.
Featuring beautiful Mexican tile work, the common area (kitchen, dining room and living room) of Casa Perla is a great place for all your family and guests to spend time together.  Additionally, the large comfy couches in the living room are perfect for lounging in front of the satelittle TV or reading a book.
Casa Perla comes fully equipped with all you need, even beach chairs, umbrella and other toys. An outdoor shower makes beach cleanup a breeze. And when you come back from your successful fishing trip, there is a big fish cleaning table waiting for you, right next to the BBQ…what else could a fisherman ask for!
The house is located in Spa Buena Vista about 5 miles south of the little town of Los Barriles and 60 miles from the San Jose airport. Just a few steps down the beach you will find Hotel Buena Vista Beach Resort, where you are welcome to enjoy a drink at the bar or a meal at their restaurant.


Terms and Conditions:

This is a NON SMOKING unit.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT – A damage deposit of $250 USD is required. This must be paid to Wolf Property Management upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.

• No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services
rendered during the stay.
• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in
the dishwasher and or washed and clean.
• All keys are left with property manager upon departure.
• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
• No linens are lost or damaged.
• The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law
enforcement, or the security company employed by My Community.

PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the property within 7 working days of booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the property rent. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. . The BALANCE OF RENT is due in full upon arrival.

CANCELLATIONS — Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of $50, whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests for each property must be respected. The property manager and owner reserve the right to evict any additional persons that were not incuded in the original reservation.

MINIMUM STAY – Properties require a three (3) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night rate.

NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the units, but we provide extra beach towels for your use.

RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.

WATER AND SEPTIC – The properties here in Baja are on wells and septic systems. Use water sparingly. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred dollars ($200).


Option A) HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
• The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or
• A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane
Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
• The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a “Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
o Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
o Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
o Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.

General Directions:

Check-in at the Wolf Property Management office in Los Barriles:

Leaving the airport direct yourself towards highway Mex 1 and San Jose. About 500 meters after leaving the airport this road splits and the left side leads onto highway Mex 1 and towards La Paz. Follow this road, you will stay on highway Mex 1 until you get to Los Barriles…that’s about 55 miles. On your way you pass several villages, first Mirlaflores (there’s a gas station), then Santiago and finally Las Cuevas. After Las Cuevas you cross a big bridge and then it’s only 15 more minutes till you reach Los Barriles.
At the entrance of Los Barriles you will see a fountain with little Barrels. Make a right there, off the highway. follow the road. On your right you will first see OXXO, then Bancomer bank at Plaza Gaviota…after that, again on your right you see a bigger plaza with Banamex bank (Plaza Libertad). Our office is located at that plaza to the right of Banamex.
