High Tide Sea Expeditions

With High Tide Sea Expeditions, you can SUP snorkel kayak and more in Los Cabos. High Tide provides quality outdoor adventures throughout Los Cabos (San Jose del CaboCabo San Lucas and the East Cape) in the wonderful and picturesque regions of southern Baja that are perfect locations for the wide range of unique outdoor activities. These are our Cabo San Lucas tours:

Snorkel and Kayak at the Arch

Our adventure begins where the Pacific Ocean joins with the celestial emerald waters of the Sea of Cortez and gives rise to this famous Baja landmark. Apart from its overwhelming beauty and amazing rock formations, The Arch is an ideal habitat for marine birds and multicolored fish. Observe the sea lion colony, take a scenic walk at Lovers Beach  and enjoy the great snorkeling this area has to offer.

SUP and Snorkel at the Arch

Let our experienced guides teach you the art of stand up paddle, the hottest new water activity taking Los Cabos by storm. Our lessons take place on one of the most scenic bays of Los Cabos hosting the perfect view of The Arch. During the course of our lesson we will take a break and enjoy some snorkeling at Pelican Rock, well known for its abundance of marine life. Should you choose not to snorkel there is a beautiful secluded beach that lends itself to sunbathing and relaxing. The combination of these two activities makes for the perfect tour.

Snorkel and Kayak at Two Bays

Santa Maria and Chileno Bays are the best in Cabo for swimming and snorkeling. Santa Maria is surrounded by craggy cliffs that make an ideal setting for our first snorkel site. Chileno Bay (a short kayak to the east) has tidal pools to explore and the finger reef provides calm and shallow waters, great for snorkeling. You will find this bay teeming with tropical fish, eels, starfish, urchins and if you are lucky, even turtles.

Guided Snorkel Tour

It’s one thing to snorkel around the beautiful bays of Los Cabos. It’s a whole other kettle of fish to have a knowledgeable guide by your side. Let our local guides take you on a three hour tour to all the best kept secret spots at our two favorite bays and make the most of this great experience. Santa Maria and Chileno Bay are two of the safest swimming bays in Los Cabos where the depth of the sea is ideal for snorkel enthusiasts. View an abundance of sub-tropical fish and marine life in their natural habitat among stunning coral and rock formations. Rates include round trip transportation, snorkel gear, wetsuit (if needed), life jacket, bilingual instructors, shaded camp, refreshments and snacks,

“ Excellent kayak and snorkeling excursion in Cabo San Lucas ”

Kayaking was harder than it looked at first, but with our small group and profesional tour guide giving us good info on the water, it went pretty smoothly. The hardest part was dealing with all the small motor boats zipping past us. As far as the snorkeling went, our guide was well informed on the conditions in the water. He suggested that we go to another location than was previously discussed because of visibility. We were very pleased with his suggestion and had a great snorkeling experience and got a lot of underwater pics with colorful fish and even a sea turtle. We will for sure be using Hightide again next visit to Cabo.
