If your down in pescadero you've got to stop in at the Sandbar and let Gab get your night started with good drinks at very sweet prices and their nightly food specuials are pretty good too.  Wed, night is all you can eat Pizza, fresh and lots of different types that seem to keep coming out of the kitchen as fast as you can eat em. Always a lively crowd of the locals and surfers making for good times every night.

The title says it all. I came here with my wife and three kids for pizza night (which is all you can eat, by the way), spent less money and had more delicious food than any other night of the vacation. Two days later, I came back with just my wife for reggae night. It was packed with expatriated americans, locals and some tourists. Drinks were inexpensive and the music was great. Helen, the sandbar's owner, had her hands on deck the whole time. She was extremely fun-loving and personable. Honestly, without the great food/drinks, it would be worth visiting just to meet her. If you're in town. You've GOT to stop by the sandbar!
