Josh Silvers, Chef and Co-owner of Jacksons Bar& Oven in Santa Rosa, CA will join the first Guest Chef Weekend at Rancho Pescadero November 12-15, 2015. Silvers, who was the chef/owner of Syrah Bistro for fourteen years and co-wrote the Down Home Downtown Cookbook with Rancho Pescadero Chef Jeff Mall formerly of Zin Restaurant & Wine Bar in Sonoma, will be joining Renee Erickson, author of “A Boat, a Whale and A Walrus” and Chef/Owner of Seattle’s The Walrus and the Carpenter, The Whale Wins, and Barnacle, for this weekend of cooking demos, special dinners, cocktail classes, wine and tequila tastings, and more.
