The Todos Santos Music Festival was created by Peter Buck of REM and brought to life by The Hotel California to add music to the long list of artistic endeavors hosted in this Pueblo Magico in Baja Sur, Mexico. And now, Buck has announced the talent lineup for the second annual  Todos Santos Music Festival , a ten-day music event benefiting the Palapa Society of Todos Santos, A.C. That was the risk that Perla Garnica and Mac Sutton of  La Bodega de Todos Santos  were willing to take while pulling together the very first  GastroVino, Baja Food & Wine Festival  in Todos Santos on May 20.
