Leo's Baja Oasis offers a private or social experience. I stayed in the bungalow which was tastefully decorated with authentic mexican art, very clean and spacious. It has the convience of a fridge and stove top. We could be by ourselves or were invited to join into a social hour.

The Malecon, 3 blocks away, has lots to see. We wandered down to dine ,shop and just kick back at the small cafes.

Leo and Romi are gracious hosts and very knowledgable in providing you with the service or information towards the experience you are seeking: Sport fishing or kyaking, snorkeling. beaches. For me it was Espiritu Island: the wonderous rock formations and swimming in the tri coloured waters of the Sea of Cortez.  WOW!

On a guided tour on Leo's boat we saw whales, dolphins ,tropical fish.sea lions and the guys caught dinner!
Las Paz is definelty a 'diamond in the rough' . Pristine. Leo's Baja a well kept secret. Loved it. Definitly will stay longer than 5 days! Will return.

Leo's Baja Oasis is just that, an oasis! Leo and Romy go out of their way to make each guest feel like they are at a home away from home. From the hospitality they show to the way they make people feel like they are with family is wonderful. The place is impeccably clean and shopping is right around the corner. Plus, it is just 3 blocks from the Malecon which you have to see at sunset!

The people of La Paz are some of the kindest souls I have met and there is just such a laid back, peaceful feeling to the whole town.

Make sure when you stay here that you take Leo up on a fishing trip. The views are spectacular and you never know what you will see while you are here.

This has been my best vacation experience thus far and I will gladly recommend Leo's Baja Oasis to anyone I know. A true Mexican experience in the peace!
