We stayed at Leo's Baja Oasis from Jan 30th - Feb 10th/2012 with our cousins from Canada and WOW what an awesome stay. Leo and Romi provided us with everything one would need when vacationing - from King size beds, to air conditioning, to our own private pool and hot tub, free wi fi, and access to the outdoor bbq and grill. Also loved having access to the full kitchen so we could experience our culinary skills with the catch of the day.

Speaking of fishing get Leo to take you out for a day of just that. He has over 25 years experience out on the big open ocean. The day we spent out on the water was filled with sightseeing, whale and dolphin watching, scuba diving, fishing and swimming in the wild with sea lions - truly a highlight of our trip!
Leos Baja Oasis offered everything a big resort would offer but all the amenities were so much nicer because we weren't sharing them with 1000 other tourists, standing in line waiting for restaurants, or having to get up at 5:00 a.m. to reserve a deck chair. Everything at the resort is exclusive to you - their guests.
Leo & Romi are the perfect hosts that made our vacation to LaPaz the best ever. The reason we choose LaPaz over the other larger Mexican destinations is because it is small and safe, and you are never being attacked by time share people, or restaurant and shop owners. Never before have we been able to shop in Mexico with such ease.
Because LaPaz is small and safe you can walk everywhere. Leo's Baja Oasis is only 3 blocks off the beach and a short 5 minute walk to the central market where we picked up our daily fresh fruits and vegetables. Everything is so convenient.
From the moment we arrived we were in awe of the cleanliness of the resort, the friendliness of Leo & Romi and the comfortable feeling we had while staying with them. It truly felt like our home away from home. We are already planning our return trip and telling our friends and family about this great place
