My air conditioner went out 3 days ago. My landlord says he cannot repair it until next month due to financial problems.
His financial problems are not my problem, however, I paid my rent early to get the repairs done in this
over 90 degree weather. So far no results. Can I get the repairs done and pay for them and take the
expense out of my rent payment. Can he put me out for no reason? My rent is paid 2 mo in advance.
What leverage do I have to get the repairs done asap?
