Very easy, to the groud transport place down stairs by the luggge claim area, they will point you to the shuttle to the trolly, take the trolly to the end, a buck, they will tell you when to get off, then you can walk across the border, don't advice it, been there, done that, it's hot, or you can get a bus for another buck that will take you to the TJ buss station, it costs $6.25 to get to Ensanada which is about 75 miles, Roserita is only about 25 miles.. so probably lots cheaper.....it is really simple..... have fun
