Our landlord has recently become outragous over "her" flowers not being watered & a tree we cut down. No matter what we say or do she "Won't" believe us she say's we're liars. When in fact we aren't! We have done so many improvements on this home & the yard. The last 2 days she has called at least twice a day if not more, then driven over here to literally "Go Nuts." Not giving us 24 hrs. notice which we didn't mind, and now raising rent, even threatening to have the police over here! When we have honestly done nothing wrong. Can she do this? The story is much more detailed but I'll keep it short at this time. We have no written agreement even though we have asked numerous times, she doesn't want one and her word is "IT" on top of no keys for door lock let alone window latches, one storm window still isn't fixed in L/R been waiting 1yr. 5mos. for this. Please help us! We don't have money for an attorney but it looks like we're going to need one!Thank-You so much for your time.
