The owner resides in Georgia and has his parents managing the property. The day I moved in I saw the garage was being used as a storage by the owners parents. They told me it be emptied and ready in a couple of weeks. That date was a week before Halloween. Today is Dec. the 6th.2002 and still no access to my garage. The DSL connection has not been off since the 4th of Dec. could you tell me if I can legally deduct from the rent for the garage DSL accesses which were included in the original lease agreement.
