I too have stayed at several hotels in the Rosarito Beach and Ensenada area, including Las Rocas. In my opinion, Las Rocas is for lovers on a private vacation. Rock and Roll Taco, on the other hand is a teenage party town. I agree that Las Rocas is beautiful and on the cliffs, but Rock and Roll Taco is in the midst of it all!
If you want a great location, clean, affordable, and fun, Estero Beach Ensenada is the only place to go!!!!!!!! The facilities are clean and modern! They have a board walk, private beaches, jet skis, sailing, a big, hudge swimming pool with a swim up bar. THe night club and resturant are all right on the penninsula, and there is a party going all night long! ( 2 jacuzzis too) Great place for a family, or a romantic get away. I go there with my family and boyfriend every year, and let me tell you there is no other party like the one in Estero Beach.
