I had problems with the tenants that previously lived above me and tried to work it out with them numerous times, it finally came down to management getting involved and us having to complain numerous times to management(because management was not doing anything). Well the tenants are now gone and new ones have moved in. But we had a problem with one of their children jumping on the floor and knocking one of our lights out. So instead of complaining to the manager we ask them could they keep it down a little, and we explained what had happened. Well to make a long story short the lady totally went off. And she ask if we were the people from down stairs, and if so that the manager had warned her about us and to watch out. I was wondering if that is legal for them to share information about us to other tenants? And if not what can we do?We have lived here for about 6yrs and have had no complaints on us at all.
