We recently rented a home. Since we moved in it has been impossible to contact the owners. We have left messages and they have yet to be returned. There is mold growing on the walls in one room to which we had to not use it. The heat is not hooked up correctly and we are having to use space heaters that we already owned.
What can we do about this?
