DOES A FORMER LANDLORD HAVE A RIGHT TO COME AFTER YOU FOR REPAIRS AND SUPPOSLEY NON PAID RENT AFTER A YEAR IN A HALF BECAUSE THEY AAARE SELLING THE APARTMENTS AND WHAT TO GET WHATEVER MONEY THEY CAN GET?
