I was wondering if you live in an apartment in Los Angeles, California is there some sort of guidlines to the noise you should or should not be able to hear from you upstairs neightbors? It get s so noisy due to the lack if ANY insulation between thier floor and my ceiling that I think they are going to fall through my roof. I asked the landlord to PLEASE put some insulation in the last time the people moved out upstairs but they didn't. Now the new occupants are driving me more crazy than the last ones. It's not thier fault, it is the fault of the bad consturction of the building and the lack of insulation. I pay $1,125.00 a month and I don't feel I should have to put up with all of the noise. It is just horrible. I need to know my rights as a tenant. Denise
