Rabbi in Baja del Sur?

I'm planning a wedding in Los Cabos for next spring,
and seem to be running into one small problem. My fiancee wants
us to be married by a rabbi (or a cantor - we want a Jewish officiant
but I'm not Jewish). I know that many US citizens who get married
down there bring their own officiants with them, but it might be easier
for us to use someone locally if we can find someone.

Any suggestions?
