RE: vacation home
hi carrj47, welcome to the forum. hope you can find a lot of help here. anyway, it all depends on what kind of vacation home you're looking for. i also have a vacation home in baja, its in lapaz, and i bought it for a really small price since it was small. but since i have no kids or anything, that's fine with me. its also located around 15 minutes off the road so we can walk to town or take the car when in a hurry. hope you find the house you're looking for! RE: vacation home
In northern Baja you might find something a bit further south of Ensenada in that price range. The Gold Coast (between Rosarito and Ensenada) is much more expensive than that. You might be able to find a trailer for that price, but I doubt that is what you are looking for.

You should try San felipe. A lot going on and good prices. I actually have one for sale close to the beach.

RE: vacation home
I'm not that familiar with it, I just heard about the lot from a friend.
