Casa Uno – secluded private beach community, private pool, private airstrip

Casa Uno was one of the first few houses that were built during the golden times of the little charming Punta Pescadero Resort just down the road. The house features a typical Mexican design with a beautiful Mexican tile kitchen and bathrooms, heavy wooden carved furniture and vaulted ceilings.
Behind the house, protected from the wind you´ll find a small private pool and a hot tub especially enjoyable during the Baja winters. on the beach side of the house a large terrace invites you to lounge and watch the ocean – from the terrace a walkway connects you to the beach and water.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest rooms two singles that can be made into a king size and a the other one two matrimonial size beds. There is wireless Internet throughout the house, an I-pod docking station and dish network in the living room.
The house has a full time caretaker who will see to your every need during your stay.
The Hotel Pescadero is located just down the road so you can always enjoy a snack at their bar or dinner at their restaurant, hire a fishing boat or rent ATVs. Punta Pescadero is a closed community with private access located 15 miles North of Los Barriles so quiet and remote. It has it´s own little runway where you can land with your private little airplane – but if you happen to not own one of those you can always fly into Cabo and get a rental car or airport transfer – it´s about 1 1/2 hours drive from there.

We have had the pleasure to stay at Casa Uno several times over the past years. The house is lovely in every way. It is so nice to be able to take a dip in the pool or hot tub after a productive day of fishing. I enjoy cooking, and the kitchen and patio cooking and grilling facilities are just like home! If you wish to mingle or have a very nice meal, the hotel is located about a one minute walk South. We will be going back as often as we can!

We loved our week at Casa Uno this spring! The house is spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for families to enjoy time together playing cards, battling it out at the ping-pong table, sharing an ocean-front dinner, or relaxing on the quiet terrace for the afternoon. The cove is clear and calm--perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking. We hope to bring our families back to Casa Uno soon!

We stayed at Casa- Uno for a week in June. Truly a first class home with all the amenities. Quiet , private and I felt safer there than I do in my own neighborhood in California. Wouldn\'t hesitate to let my kids roam free on the beach but you can sure sit there on your own patio and watch them at your own secluded beach. Perfect for family or guys getaway.

Casa Uno was the perfect place for my family vacation. My family especially loved the terrace facing the beach. It was the perfect place to relax, play board games, and enjoy meals together. We loved it so much, we are definitely going back!
