For the fourth consecutive year, Cabo San Lucas’ most exclusive resort is hosting a four-day celebration of food and wine, with an art of pairing reception, tequila seminar, wine tastings, cooking and cocktail demonstrations, and a six-course meal prepared by an award-winning cast of international chefs. Space is limited, however, with only 120 tickets available for The Resort at Pedregal’s 4th annual Food and Wine Festival, set to take place July 15 – 19, 2015.
Tim Hollingsworth – Chef at Barrel and Ashes in Los Angeles, and former Chef de Cuisine at The French Laundry – headlines an acclaimed list of visiting chefs that also includes Brian Malarkey of Searsucker and Herringbone. Participating wineries include House of Ruinart Champagne, and master mixologist Ulysses Vidal of Employees Only in New York is one of several sommeliers and spirits experts expected to attend.
