For the third consecutive year, Cabo San Lucas’ most exclusive resort is offering a four-day celebration of food and wine, with a cocktail reception, tequila seminar, wine and cheese tastings, cooking and cocktail demonstrations, and a five-course meal prepared by an award-winning cast of international chefs. Space is limited, however, with only 120 tickets available for Capella Pedregal’s 3rd annual Food and Wine Festival, set to take place July 9-13, 2014.
Kent Rathburn of Dallas’ Abacus and Jasper, and Peruvian born Ricardo Zarate, founder of the chic L.A. eateries Mo-chica and Picca, headline the list of visiting chefs. Participating wineries include Hacienda La Lomita in Valle de Guadalupe, and the Wagner Family of Wine from Napa Valley. Master mixologist Ulysses Vidal of Employees Only in New York will be on hand to craft prohibition era style cocktails. Ticket packages include four nights in a room or suite, and access to the world’s top-ranked spa.
The official date for this event has been announced. The 3rd annual Capella Pedregal Food and Wine festival is scheduled for July 9-13, 2014. However, event dates and schedules are subject to sudden change and cancellation. Please confirm with the event organizer before booking your trip.
