Baja.com is delighted to announce that commencing immediately, Baja Amigos RV Caravan Tours and Baja.com have formed a strategic alliance providing first time RVers with the benefits of touring with a unique and superior Baja RV Caravan and enjoying the benefits and synergy working with the world’s top website for all things Baja, the companies announced today.
Dan and Lisa Goy have been RVing on Baja since 1985. Their love of Mexico and Baja was pivotal in their decision to start Baja Amigos RV Caravan Tours in 2008. Jim Pickell’s love for Baja has kept him coming back for over 30 years and re-launching Baja.com in January 2012. Jim spends the majority of his time at the Baja.com headquarters residing in Todos Santos with his wife, Eleanora, and son, Byron.
“This strategic alliance provides snowbirds the opportunity of a unique RVing experience on Baja California, Mexico; a winter destination that’s warmer, safer, where stunning beauty and breathtaking landscapes are the norm. Our relationship with Baja.com ensures Baja Amigos continue to deliver the best Baja has to offer,” said Dan Goy.
“Our goal is to make Baja more accessible and user friendly and, while doing so, earn the position as the world’s top website for all things Baja,” Pickell added. “Baja.com offers Baja travelers expert advice about local restaurants, hotels and vacation rentals, as well as guides, maps and articles about events and activities including surfing, kite boarding, art galleries, wineries, whale watching, golfing, eco-tours and RVing.”
“Baja Amigos specializes in small groups of RVers and 1,000-kilometer (600 miles) plus hosted on-tour excursions which means your experience is more personal, more intimate and more enjoyable! Travelling with us is more than just being customers; we treat everyone like good friends,” said Lisa Goy.
“Our aim at Baja.com is to provide you with up to date and accurate information about Baja from a variety of sources: blogs from local Baja enthusiasts reviews from actual users, local news from top journalists, as well as photos and videos. That is why we are excited that Dan & Lisa are one of our Trusted Partners as well as participating with our team of Bloggers for everything RVing on Baja,” said Pickell.
Baja Amigos RV Caravan Tours offers three 28-day tours in January, February and March and one 45-day tour in November through mid-December. Tours begin at the U.S./Mexico border descending down the Mexican Baja to Cabo San Lucas and return. Tours are designed to provide a broad overview of the Baja experience for RVers seeking to return on their own or just experience what this magnificent peninsula to offer, said Dan Goy.
