Summer Fun: July Events in Baja
July is always a hot month in Baja, particularly for fishing. There are two sport fishing tournaments on the East Cape this year, including the renowned Bisbee’s, notorious for its rich cash prizes. In the North, the annual Mexicali on the Beach is the largest beach party in Baja. Thousands of people are expected to attend, both from Mexico and the US. Wine production is also an established trademark of Baja Norte, and no opportunity to celebrate is wasted. The Grape Harvest (Vendimia) in Valle de Guadalupe is just around the corner, and tickets sell out quickly. Baja.com has the full program, and ticket sale locations in English.
There are hundreds of local events for everyone that can be found on Baja.com. The following represent some of our favorite selections.
