Guests who like more privacy enjoy this fully equiped 1 bedroom bungalow overlooking the west coast with a spectacular view of the open ocean. There is also a futon couch/bed in case you have guests. You will enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the stone patio and it is a great place for counting whales as they pass by your window!
If you are driving down from the north, the turnoff for Bahia Asuncion is 45 minutes south of Guerrero Negro which is at the state line of Baja Sur. You turn right off the trans peninsula highway just after the Pemex gas station in Vizcaino. This paved road takes you through the fruit and vegetable farms of Vizcaino and out to the coast and can have some very nasty potholes so make sure you drive slowly. There are also some rather large sand dunes that sometimes cover the entire highway so keep watch for those too….best to take this road during the day!
After about 72km, you turn left at the sign onto the newly paved road.
